Her Lynchpin Process® helps clients create a new way of owning their lives and authenticity. And it’s definitely a journey worth taking.

In this deeply personal 12-minute video, I share the story of my life as a “late bloomer” and how the challenges I faced shaped me into who I am today. From a young age, I took on great responsibilities, balancing caregiving for my family with pursuing my own dreams. These experiences not only taught me resilience and strength but also revealed the deeper meaning of sustainability in all aspects of life. Through the trials of managing family, career, and self-discovery, I learned how to sustain my relationships, my work, and my connection to the earth. This journey has fueled my passion for sustainability and shaped my mission to help others cultivate resilience and purpose in their lives. Join me as I reflect on my life’s journey and how I apply the lessons learnt in my work today.

Philosophy

Tracey believes that change can begin by choosing your “Life Desk”- a place where miracles can happen. Once you find the ideal place to think, plan, and create routines that automate your life, then your process will help you lead your life vs. letting your life lead you.

The Lynchpinning Process® is for those seeking a better and permanent way to live a progressive, fully used and well lived life.

I believe there are four parts of our lives that must be managed and synced in order to achieve a well lived life: Personal, Brand, Work, and Community.

Living this life progressively has less to do with how many things we can check off our ever-growing lists, but how much never makes it onto the list in the first place.

We will be discussing how to declutter our lives, how to truly prioritize, how to automate everything we can, and how to determine what we should be doing in every decade of our lives to maximize our production so when our lives are over, we’ve left the impression we desire. And the work we achieve is so substantive, it will be as if we were on this planet for hundreds of years, not just the average lifespan of 78 years.

We are here to choose and create a progressive, fully used and well lived life.
